Listed Functional Services. The Functional Services that Sprint will provide to Call-Net as of the date of this agreement are described in Exhibit C. Those Functional Services are to be performed by Sprint in accordance with the cost, performance and operational specifications for the Functional Service specified in Exhibit C. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, those Functional Services will be provided on the pricing terms in effect on the date of this agreement.
