LISTING AGENCY Sample Clauses

The Listing Agency clause designates the real estate agency or broker authorized to represent the seller in marketing and selling a property. It typically outlines the agency's exclusive right to list the property, the duration of the agreement, and the responsibilities of the agency, such as advertising, showing the property, and negotiating offers. By clearly identifying the listing agency and its role, this clause ensures that both the seller and the agent understand their obligations and helps prevent disputes over representation or commission.
