Listing Claims. Subject to Publisher's indemnification obligations as set forth in Section 5.4(a), Claims regarding the listing of QC's Subscribers in Publisher's Directory Products will be referred to QC. QC will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly investigate, defend against, and resolve the same.
