Listing of Common Shares. The Company shall cause all Common Shares issued upon the exercise of Warrants evidenced hereby to be listed or otherwise eligible for trading on the New York Stock Exchange or such other national securities exchange or which constitutes the principal trading U.S. Market for the Common Shares.
