Listing of Deliverable Common Stock. If shares of Class A Common Stock are listed on a securities exchange or inter-dealer quotation system, the Corporation shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause all shares of Class A Common Stock issued upon an exchange of Paired Interests to be listed on the same securities exchange or traded on such inter-dealer quotation system at the time of such issuance.
