Common use of Listing of Securities Clause in Contracts

Listing of Securities. The Company shall: (a) in the time and manner required by each Trading Market on which the Common Stock is listed, prepare and file with such Trading Market a Listing of Additional Shares form covering the Investor Shares, (b) take all steps necessary to cause such shares to be approved for listing on each Trading Market on which the Common Stock is listed as soon as possible thereafter, (c) provide to the Investor evidence of such Trading Market’s completion of review of the Listing of Additional Shares form, and (d) maintain the listing of such shares on each such Trading Market.

Listing of Securities. The Company shall: (a) in the time and manner required by each Trading Market on which the Common Stock is listed, prepare and file with such Trading Market a Listing of Additional Shares form an additional shares listing application covering the Investor Shares, (b) take all steps necessary to cause such shares to be approved for listing on each Trading Market on which the Common Stock is listed as soon as possible thereafter, (c) provide to the Investor evidence of such Trading Market’s completion of review of the Listing of Additional Shares formlisting, and (d) maintain the listing of such shares on each such Trading Market.

Listing of Securities. The Company shall, if and as applicable: (a) in the time and manner required by each Trading Market on which the Common Stock is listed, prepare and file with such Trading Market a Listing of Additional Shares form an additional shares listing application covering the Investor Shares, (b) take all steps necessary to cause such shares to be approved for listing on each Trading Market on which the Common Stock is listed as soon as possible thereafter, (c) provide to the Investor Investors evidence of such Trading Market’s completion of review of the Listing of Additional Shares formlisting, and (d) maintain the listing of such shares on each such Trading Market.

The Company shallshall or shall have: (a) in the time and manner required by each Trading Market on which the Common Stock is listed, prepare and file with such Trading Market a Listing of Additional Shares form subsequent listing application or equivalent document covering the Investor Shares, (b) take all steps necessary to cause such shares to be approved for listing on each Trading Market on which the Common Stock is listed as soon as possible thereafter, (c) provide to the Investor evidence of such Trading Market’s completion of review of the Listing of Additional Shares form, and (dc) maintain the listing of such shares on each such Trading Market.
