Common use of Listing of Shares Clause in Contracts

Listing of Shares. The Company agrees, (i) if the Company applies to have the Common Stock traded on any other Trading Market, it will include in such application the Shares, and will take such other action as is necessary or desirable to cause the Shares to be listed on such other Trading Market as promptly as possible, and (ii) it will take all action reasonably necessary to continue the listing and trading of its Common Stock on a Trading Market and will comply in all material respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Trading Market.

Listing of Shares. The Company agrees, (i) if the Company applies to have the Common Stock traded on any other Trading Market, it will include in such application the Shares, and will take such other action as is necessary or desirable to cause the Shares to be listed on such other Trading Market as promptly as possible, and (ii) it the Company will take all action reasonably necessary to continue the listing and trading of its Common Stock on a Trading Market and will comply in all material respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Trading Market.

The Company agrees, agrees that: (i) if the Company applies to have the Common Stock traded on any Trading Market other Trading than the OTC Market, it will include in such application the Shares, and will take such other action as is necessary or desirable to cause the Shares to be listed on such other Trading Market as promptly as possible, and (ii) it will take all action reasonably necessary to continue the listing and trading of its Common Stock on a Trading Market and will comply in all material respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Trading Market.

Listing of Shares. The Company agrees, agrees that (i) if to the Company applies to have the Common Stock traded on any other Trading Marketextent not already included, it will include the Shares in such its application to list the SharesCommon Stock for trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market, and will take such other action as is necessary or desirable to cause the Shares to be listed on such other Trading the NASDAQ Capital Market as promptly as possible, and (ii) it will take all action reasonably necessary to continue the listing and trading of its Common Stock on a Trading Market and will comply in all material respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the all applicable Trading MarketMarkets.

The Company agrees, (i) if the Company applies to have the Common Stock common shares traded on any market other Trading Marketthan the Principal Markets, it will include in such application the Shares, and will take such other action as is necessary or desirable to cause the Shares to be listed on such other Trading Market trading market as promptly as possible, and (ii) it the Company will take all action reasonably necessary to continue the listing and trading of its Common Stock common shares on a Trading Market the Principal Markets and will comply in all material respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Trading MarketPrincipal Markets.
