Listing of the Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares. The Depositor shall use its best efforts to obtain and maintain the listing of the Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares on a national stock exchange. Within three (3) Business Days following receipt of notice of any actual, proposed or contemplated de-listing of the Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares by any such stock exchange, the Depositor shall terminate the listing on such stock exchange.
