Listing of the Warrant Shares. To the extent applicable, the Company shall promptly secure the listing of the Warrant Shares on whichever market is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock, based upon share volume, after such time as the Warrant Shares are no longer required to contain the legend referred to in Section 6 hereof, and the Company shall provide to the Holder evidence of such listing.
