Listing of Warrant Shares on Securities Exchange. The Company will promptly use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Warrant Shares to be listed, subject to official notice of issuance, on the principal national securities exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed and whose rules and regulations require such listing, as soon as practicable following the date of this Warrant Agreement.
