Common use of Listing on Exchange Clause in Contracts

Listing on Exchange. If the Notes are distributed to the holders of the Preferred Securities upon a Dissolution Event, the Company will use its best efforts to list such Notes on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. or on such other national securities exchange or with the Nasdaq Stock Market or such other organization as the Preferred Securities are then listed.
