Listing on Securities Exchange. The Company will list on each national securities exchange on which any Common Stock may at any time be listed, subject to official notice of issuance upon exercise of the Warrants, and will maintain such listing of, all shares of Common Stock from time to time issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.
