Common use of Listing on Securities Exchange Clause in Contracts

Listing on Securities Exchange. If the Company shall list any shares of Common Stock on any securities exchange, it will, at its expense, list thereon, maintain and, when necessary, increase such listing of, all shares of Common Stock issued or, to the extent permissible under the applicable securities exchange rules, issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant so long as any shares of Common Stock shall be so listed during the Exercise Period.

Listing on Securities Exchange. If the Company shall list any shares of Common Stock on any securities exchange, it will, at its expense, list thereon, maintain and, when necessary, increase such listing of, all shares of Common Stock issued or, to the extent permissible under the applicable securities exchange rules, issuable upon the exercise conversion of this Warrant Debenture so long as any shares of Common Stock shall be so listed during the Exercise Period.

If the Company shall list any shares of Common Stock on any securities exchangeexchange or on NASDAQ, it will, shall at its expense, to the extent permitted by the rules of such securities exchange or NASDAQ, list thereon, maintain and, when necessary, increase such listing of, all shares of Common Warrant Stock issued or, to the extent permissible under the applicable securities exchange rules, issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant so long as any shares of Common Stock shall be so listed during the Exercise PeriodWarrant.
