Listing on Securities Exchanges, etc. The Company will maintain the listing of all Shares issuable or issued from time to time upon exercise of this Warrant on each securities exchange or market or trading system on which any shares of Common Stock are then or at any time thereafter listed or traded, but only to the extent and for such period of time as such shares of Common Stock are so listed.
