Use its reasonable best efforts to cause all Registrable Securities covered by a Registration Statement to be (i) listed on each national securities exchange, if any, on which Registrable Securities are then listed, or (ii) authorized to be quoted on the NASDAQ Stock Market or the NASDAQ National Market if similar securities of Brooke are so authorized.
