Common use of Listing; Stock Issuance Clause in Contracts

Listing; Stock Issuance. Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to secure and maintain the listing of the Common Stock or other securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant, upon each securities exchange or over-the-counter market upon which securities of the same class or series issued by Company are listed, if any. Upon exercise of this Warrant, Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause stock certificates representing the shares of Common Stock purchased pursuant to the exercise to be issued in book-entry form in the names of Holder, its nominees or assignees, as appropriate at the time of such exercise.
