Common use of Listing; Transfer Agent Clause in Contracts

Listing; Transfer Agent. Parent will use its best efforts to cause all such Registrable Securities to be listed on all securities exchanges or quoted on all automated quotation systems on which securities of the same class issued by Parent are then listed or quoted and will provide a transfer agent and registrar for all such Registrable Securities no later than the effective date of the Registration Statement.
