Listings or Quotation. The Company shall, concurrently with the effectiveness of the registration statement filed with the SEC pursuant to Section 7 below, use its best efforts to secure the listing or quotation of its Common Stock (including, without limitation, the Shares) upon a national securities exchange, automated quotation system or the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”) maintained by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. The Company shall maintain the listing or quotation of the Common Stock for so long as the Buyer is the beneficial owner of any Shares. The Company shall use its best efforts to maintain the Common Stock’s authorization for quotation on the OTCBB.
