Common use of Lists; Exhibits; Integration Clause in Contracts

Lists; Exhibits; Integration. Each List, exhibit and letter ---------------------------- delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall constitute a part of the Agreement, although Lists and letters need not be attached to each copy of this Agreement.
