Each Schedule, exhibit and letter delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall constitute a part of the Agreement, although Schedules and letters need not be attached to each copy of this Agreement. This Agreement, together with such Schedules, exhibits and letters, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings of the parties in connection therewith.
