Common use of Lists of Holders of the Trust Preferred Securities Clause in Contracts

Lists of Holders of the Trust Preferred Securities. (a) The Registrar on behalf of the Trust shall provide the Property Trustee and the Paying Agent a list, in such form as the Property Trustee and the Paying Agent may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of the Trust Preferred Securities (each such list, a “List of Holders”) (i) within 14 days after each record date for payment of Capital Payments, as of such record date and (ii) at any other time, within 30 days of receipt by the Trust from the Property Trustee or the Paying Agent of a written request for a List of Holders, as of a date no more than 14 days before such List of Holders is given to the Property Trustee and the Paying Agent.
