Common use of Lists of Holders Clause in Contracts

Lists of Holders. At any time any Notes are held as Physical Notes, each of the Company and the Reference Entity covenants and agrees that it will use commercially reasonable efforts to furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semi-annually, not more than 15 days after each March 15 and September 15 in each year beginning with March 15, 2018, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request (or such lesser time as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to enable it to timely provide any notice to be provided by it hereunder), a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders as of a date not more than 15 days (or such other date as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to so provide any such notices) prior to the time such information is furnished, except that no such list shall be required to be furnished by the Company or the Reference Entity so long as the Trustee is acting as Note Registrar.
