Common use of Lists of Owners Clause in Contracts

Lists of Owners. Promptly upon request by the Issuer, the Depositary shall furnish to it a list, as of the most recent practicable date, of the names, addresses and holdings of American Depositary Shares by all persons in whose names Receipts are registered on the books of the Depositary. Any other records maintained by the Depositary, the Custodian, the Registrar or any co-transfer agent or co-registrar under this Deposit Agreement shall be made available to the Issuer upon its reasonable request.

Any other records maintained by the Depositary, the Custodian, the Registrar or any co-transfer agent or co-registrar under this Deposit Agreement shall be promptly made available to the Issuer Company upon its reasonable request.
