Lists of Owners. Promptly upon request by the Company, the Depositary shall, at the expense of the Company (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company and the Depositary), furnish to it a list, as of the date specified in such request (which must be at least five (5)Business Days prior to the date of receipt of such request), or, if no such date is specified, as of the most recent practicable date, of the names, addresses and holdings of American Depositary Shares by all persons in whose names Receipts are registered on the books of the Depositary.
