Lists of Purchasers. To the extent the Loan Parties take any material amount of Hydrocarbons attributable or allocable to their Oil and Gas Properties in-kind, concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all purchasers of Hydrocarbons with respect to which such in-kind deliveries are taken.
