Common use of Lists of Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Lists of Purchasers. Promptly upon written request of the Administrative Agent, a list of Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Subsidiary accounting for at least 85% of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons in the one-year period prior to the “as of” date of such Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Promptly upon written request of the Administrative Agent, a list of Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 85% of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons in the one-year period prior to the “as of” date of such Reserve Report.

Promptly upon following the written request of the Administrative Agent, a list of all Persons (and their addresses for notices) purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 85% of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons in the one-year period prior to the “as of” date of such Reserve Reporton a basis other than spot sales.

Lists of Purchasers. Promptly upon following the written request of the Administrative Agent, a list of all Persons purchasing material quantities of Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Subsidiary accounting for at least 85% of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons in the one-year period prior to the “as of” date of such Reserve Reportother Loan Party.

Promptly upon written request Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative AgentAgent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Subsidiary accounting in respect of the Oil and Gas Properties expected to account for at least 8580% of the revenues resulting from for the sale of all Hydrocarbons produced from the Oil and Gas Properties in the one-year three month period prior to immediately preceding the “as of” effective date of such the most recent Reserve Report.

Lists of Purchasers. Promptly upon written request Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative AgentAgent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons purchasing who purchase (or did purchase in the last six months) at least 80% of the Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Subsidiary accounting for at least 85% of Borrowers and the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons in the one-year period prior to the “Subsidiaries, taken as of” date of such Reserve Reporta whole.

Lists of Purchasers. Promptly upon written request of the Administrative AgentAgent at any time after the delivery of a Reserve Report hereunder, a list of Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 85% of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons in the one-year period (or such shorter period that the Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary has been generating revenues from the sale of Hydrocarbons) prior to the “as of” date of such the Reserve ReportReport most recently delivered.

Promptly upon written request of If requested by the Administrative Agent, concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Subsidiary accounting for at least 85% since the date of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons in the one-year period prior to the “as of” date of such last Reserve ReportReport delivered.
