Common use of Lists of Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Lists of Purchasers. If requested by the Administrative Agent, concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Subsidiary since the date of the last Reserve Report delivered.

Lists of Purchasers. If requested by the Administrative Agent, concurrently Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Subsidiary since produced from the date Oil and Gas Properties of the last Borrower or its Subsidiaries included in the latest Reserve Report deliveredReport.

If requested by the Administrative Agent, concurrently Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons related to production attributable to the Borrowing Base Properties from the Borrower or any Subsidiary since the date of the last Reserve Report deliveredRestricted Subsidiary.

If requested by the Administrative Agent, concurrently Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from whom the Borrower or any Subsidiary since the date receives payment for purchases of the last Reserve Report deliveredHydrocarbons.
