Literature Distribution. Advertising and sales promotion materials may be distributed from the exhibitor’s booth only. No materials may be placed on seats, attached to walls, ceiling or woodwork, placed in public places for distribution, or distributed via salespeople in the exhibit hall doorways.

Xxxxxxx are invited to visit the exhibit hall only with appropriate credentials. Music Licensing. Any tenant using copyrighted music during All Wireless & Prepaid Expo, whether within the exhibit area, in hospitality space or in any other way related to All Wireless & Prepaid Expo, shall obtain permission for such use. This requirement applies to live and recorded music, including that accompanying video or other presentations. Any exhibitor using copyrighted music as set forth above assumes the entire responsibility for its use and for obtaining the appropriate permission and payment of any fees associated with its use. Exhibitor further agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save All Wireless & Prepaid Expo, Show Management, the management of the exhibit hall, and the service contractors and their respective employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses or damages, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor’s use of said copyrighted music.

Literature Distribution. When distributing literature at the Employer's place of business the Union agrees to provide the Employer with a copy and circulate the literature to bargaining unit employees from a location as approved by the Employer.
Literature Distribution. Any distribution of literature or materials of any kind is limited to the Exhibitor’s assigned booth and will not be permitted in any other part of the Expo Hall, meeting rooms or other areas of the Hotels. The NAVC reserves the right to immediately dispose of any and all unauthorized materials found outside of an Exhibitor’s assigned space(s). Canes, noisemakers, sideshow tactics, or any other undignified methods and materials (as determined by the NAVC) are prohibited in exhibit booths. Questions concerning the appropriateness of any promotional materials or activities should be directed to VMX Show Management.
Literature Distribution. Canvassing in any part of the Xxxxx Shingle Creek Orlando outside of your exhibit space or of the hotels in the WorldatWork Housing Block(s) is strictly prohibited. Any person doing so will be requested to discontinue canvassing immediately. Circulars, catalogs, magazines, invitations, folders and signs may be displayed or distributed only in the Exhibitor’s booth and must be related strictly to the approved products and/or services on display.
