Common use of Litigation and Attorneys' Fees Clause in Contracts

Litigation and Attorneys' Fees. In the event any party to this Agreement should bring suit to enforce or interpret any provision of this agreement, or litigation arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement, each party shall bear its own respective costs and attorney’s fees.
