Common use of Litigation and Related Matters Clause in Contracts

Litigation and Related Matters. The commencement of, or any material development in, any action, suit, proceeding or investigation pending or threatened against or involving Company or any of its Material Subsidiaries or any of their respective properties before any arbitrator or Governmental Authority, which would individually or when aggregated with any other action, suit, proceeding or investigation reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and
