Litigation and Similar Services. For litigation and similar services the Consulting Firm's fee for services performed shall be on a time basis as agreed by SANRAL which shall not be less than the rate in accordance with Annexure 2 provided that for court appearances the fee shall be determined in accordance with sub-section 4.6.3 hereunder.
