Litigation-Attorney' Fees. In connection with any litigation arising out of the enforcement of this Agreement or for its interpretation, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, at the trial and all appellate levels form the other party hereto, who was an adverse party to such litigation.
