There is no litigation, bankruptcy, arbitration, or administrative hearing pending before any governmental authority that concerns or affects the Easement Property or any portion of it and, to the knowledge of Owner, no such proceeding is threatened. To the knowledge of Owner, the Easement Property complies with all laws, ordinances, and governmental approvals and decisions that relate to it.
