Litigation, claims, etc. In the event of any litigation, claim, negotiation, audit exception, or other action involving the records, all records relative to such action shall be maintained and kept available until five (5) years after every action has been cleared to the satisfaction of COUNTY and so stated in writing to CONTRACTOR.
