Common use of Litigation; Orders Clause in Contracts

Litigation; Orders. There are no pending or, to the Knowledge of HSE, threatened actions, lawsuits, claims or proceedings, against or relating to any of the NGL Group Entities by or before any Governmental Entity or arbitration tribunal that would adversely affect the ability of the NGL Group Entities to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby or by any Transaction Document to which any NGL Group Entity is a party. None of the NGL Group Entities is subject to any outstanding judgment, order, injunction or decree that would adversely affect the ability of the NGL Group Entities to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby or by any Transaction Document to which any NGL Group Entity is a party.
