Litigation Report. Promptly, and in any event within five days, after the Company has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (a) the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q (or any successor form) for any fiscal quarter or (b) a Form 8-K (or any successor form) relating to legal proceedings, the Company shall furnish to the Administrative Agent (with sufficient copies for each Lender) a copy of such Form 10-Q (including, if requested by any Lender, any exhibits thereto relating to information required by Item 1 (“Legal Proceedings”) of Part II of Form 10-Q) or such Form 8-K, as applicable.
Litigation Report. Litigation Report. A litigation report for matters of which a Subject REO Referral is the subject, which report shall (i) include a summary setting forth the (A) total number of outstanding matters, (B) total number of matters closed during the preceding quarter, and (C) total number of new matters during the preceding quarter, and (ii) identify each individual matter and provide a summary of such matter, including any updates since the previous reporting period, and which shall include a description of such matter, including any significant change in status since the previous reporting period; provided that nothing in this Section 1(n) shall require RHSS to produce any materials or information subject to a claim of attorney-client privilege or work product protection.
Litigation Report. NRCS must prepare three copies of a litigation report when an easement violation is to be referred to the AUSA for possible legal action. The litigation report should contain the following: · The complete administrative record related to the violation and subsequent enforcement attempt by NRCS, including the following: · Correspondence, maps, photographs, or video of the site showing the violation · Testing results · Correspondence from the landowner or tenant · Any other relevant information · An index to the report for ease of reference · A summary of the facts, including a chronology of events · Agency names and contact numbers · The local NRCS representative starts the routing process by submitting one copy of the case report to the State office. The State office should then forward a copy to OGC.
Litigation Report. A report of counsel to each Company describing all pending or threatened Litigation by or against any Company or any of its Property (including Litigation for which any Company will be responsible after the Closing Date). There shall be no outstanding order or injunction of any Governmental Authority which would prohibit (i) the execution, delivery or performance, now or hereafter, of any Loan Document or (ii) any of the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents.
Litigation Report. The number of legal actions brought against CARRIER with respect to any Products sold to members of the ALLIANCE, the number of such actions disposed of during the most recent calendar year and a brief description of any material litigation pending at year-end.
Litigation Report. A report of Borrower describing all pending or threatened Litigation by or against Borrower or any of its Property (including Litigation for which Borrower will be responsible after the Closing Date). Not later than the 10th day of each month (within 30 days in the case of a month that is the end of a fiscal quarter) after the end of each month, a report regarding the status of any action, suit, or proceeding, including the status of any settlement discussions, listed on Schedule 5.6, whether in arbitration or otherwise, and any judgments, writs, injunctions, decrees resulting therefrom.
