Common use of Litigation Report Clause in Contracts

Litigation Report. Promptly, and in any event within five days, after the Borrower has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (a) the Borrower’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q (or any successor form) for any fiscal quarter or (b) a Form 8‑K (or any successor form) relating to legal proceedings, the Borrower shall furnish to the Administrative Agent (with sufficient copies for each Lender) a copy of such Form 10-Q (including, if requested by any Lender, any exhibits thereto relating to information required by Item 1 (“Legal Proceedings”) of Part II of Form 10-Q) or such Form 8‑K, as applicable.
