Common use of Litigation Rights Reserved Clause in Contracts

If any dispute arises with regard to the unauthorized use or infringement of Confidential Information by Employee or with regard to Employee's breach or threatened breach of covenants in Article 7.0, the Corporation may seek any available remedy at law or in equity from a court of competent jurisdiction.
