Common use of Litigation Trust Continuance Clause in Contracts

Litigation Trust Continuance. The death, disability, dissolution, liquidation, resignation, or removal of the Litigation Trustee shall not terminate the Litigation Trust or revoke any existing agency created by the Litigation Trustee pursuant to this Litigation Trust Agreement or invalidate any action theretofore taken by the Litigation Trustee, and the provisions of this Litigation Trust Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successor Litigation Trustee and all its successors or assigns
