LITIGATION; VENUE. Any action at law or in equity under this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida, and in no other court (whether or not jurisdiction can be established in another court). Each party hereto waives the right to argue that venue is not appropriate in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
