Litter Control. All Acceptable Waste shall be compacted as soon as practicable after it is unloaded at the Landfill. Cover material shall be applied daily in accordance with the Permit. The working area will be kept as small as practicable to minimize the potential for blowing debris. Litter control will be provided by temporary fencing or cover, if necessary.
Litter Control. The contractor shall control litter and wind blown litter by the following methods:
Litter Control. It is unlawful to litter. Each Association is responsible for insuring that all fields, parking lots, restrooms, dugouts, bleachers, concession areas, etc. are kept clean and litter free on a daily basis. Clean up fees may be assessed to Associations not adhering to this policy. All litter should be picked up and placed in the proper containers.
Litter Control. The Owner will be required to implement trash management and litter control procedures in the common areas aimed at reducing pollution of stormwater. The Owner may contract with its landscape maintenance firm to provide this service with the regularly scheduled maintenance, which should consist of litter patrol, emptying of trash receptacles in common areas, and noting trash disposal violations and reporting the violations to the Owner for investigation. The following is a more detailed list of what needs to be reflected in the program document:
Litter Control. Collect ground litter and maintain trash cans at strategic points in all cemeteries. Collect and dispose of trash as needed, but no less than weekly.
Litter Control. Lessees shall be responsible for removal of trash daily from dugouts, in and around concession stands, playing fields the facilities/buildings, parking areas, and common areas for trash, debris, and litter associated with their use. The City may require reimbursement for costs associated with Lessees failure to comply with this Section.
Litter Control. Company shall be diligent in all collection activities so as to provide a sanitary and litter-free collection area. Company shall use due care to prevent solid waste and/or liquids from leaking, being spilled, and/or scattered during the collection/transportation process. If any solid waste or fluids escape, leak, or spill, Company shall promptly clean up such spills or leaks. Company shall property cover all open containers for transportation.
Litter Control. Concessionaire shall provide, at its sole cost and expense, reasonable janitorial services in the areas leased by Concessionaire. Concessionaire shall provide, at its sole cost and expense, the necessary receptacles and arrangements for adequate sanitary handling and disposal to the Airport’s recycling and waste receptacles on the West end of the Terminal building. Concessionaire shall be responsible for pickup and control of litter in the areas leased to Concessionaire. The Director will give written notice to the Concessionaire of any specific unacceptable conditions resulting from or in the Premises. The Concessionaire will have twenty-four (24) hours in which to remedy and if it does not do so, the COUNTY may levy a cleaning surcharge not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500) with written notice to Concessionaire of such surcharge. Said surcharge shall be due upon receipt of the notice of the surcharge and shall be subject to the late payment and interest charge provisions of this Agreement.
Litter Control. Contractor shall be responsible for both on-site and off-site litter control as follows:
Litter Control. The Company will collect litter, whether or not it is generated by vehicles delivering materials to the Landfill, 0.5 miles on either side of the entrance of that state route on a monthly basis, weather permitting. This may or may not be coordinated in conjunction with the State’s Adopt-A-Highway program.
