Incorporation of Documents. The Local Board has adopted a Strategic Plan, Exhibit A. The flexibility, accountability and consequences components of this contract are outlined in Exhibits B, C and D. For each school under the direct jurisdiction of the Local Board, except for charter schools, a School Plan has been provided as Exhibits E, F, and G. Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, F, and G are hereby each incorporated by reference into this contract. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict concerning any provisions of the Contract including exhibits, any such inconsistency or conflict shall be resolved as follows: (a) First, by giving preference to the terms of the Contract (without exhibits); (b) Second, by giving preference to Exhibits B, C, and D; (c) Third, by giving preference to Exhibits E, F and G; and (d) Fourth, by giving preference to Exhibit A.

Incorporation of Documents. To the extent this Contract arises out of an RFP, the parties acknowledge that the Contract consists of these contract terms and conditions as well as the RFP and the Bid Proposal. The RFP and the Bid Proposal are incorporated into the Contract by reference, except that no objection or amendment by the Contractor to the provisions of the RFP shall be incorporated by reference into the Contract unless the Agency has explicitly accepted the Contractor’s objection or amendment in writing. If there is a conflict between the Contract, the RFP and the Bid Proposal, the conflict shall be resolved according to the following priority, ranked in descending order: (1) the Contract; (2) the RFP;
