Livestock Supply Form and Promissory Note. The Association and the Member shall complete and sign a Livestock Supply Form (the “Livestock Supply Form”) and a Promissory Note in the form set out in Schedule “A” hereto or such similar form as may be stipulated by the Association from time to time, with respect to each group of Livestock to be grown or finished by the Member pursuant to this Agreement. The terms and conditions of each Livestock Supply Form shall form part of this Agreement.
