Living Accommodation. The premises consist of the bedroom assigned to the Resident, together with fair use and responsibility of the shared unit facilities (hereinafter called the “Shared Unit Facilities”). Shared Unit Facilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the bathroom and living space.

It is recommended that the applicant submit their personalized accommodation request by the application deadline to better ensure that every effort is made to accommodate. First Year students who are accepted to live in a Living Learning Community will be placed by Student Housing & Residence Life professional staff in a designated area of housing, which may impact preferences for style of housing. (ii) Upper Year Room Assignment Upper year students who have an offer of residence are permitted to indicate roommate requests on their application between May 25 to June 5, 2020. Category B applicants may have the ability to select their room if they have a guarantee. Living Accommodation. The Resident shall use the Room only as a private dwelling for themself (and, if the Room is a double room, for another assigned resident) and shall be entitled to fair use and responsibility of the common facilities of the Suite along with their suitemates, and the common facilities of Graduate House together with the other residents, so long as they continue to occupy the Room and comply with the terms of this agreement and the appendices attached hereto.
