The Resident shall use the Room only as a private dwelling for themself (and, if the Room is a double room, for another assigned resident) and shall be entitled to fair use and responsibility of the common facilities of the Suite along with their suitemates, and the common facilities of Graduate House together with the other residents, so long as they continue to occupy the Room and comply with the terms of this agreement and the appendices attached hereto.
