Living Expenses Upon Transfer at New Location. After the first seven (7) days have expired at the new location and the Employee can establish to the satisfaction of the Employer that there is no suitable housing available, then: (a) The Employer shall pay an Employee not accompanied by dependents at the new location, a living allowance of ten dollars ($10) per day up to a maximum of thirty (30) days; or (b) The Employer shall pay an Employee accompanied by dependents at the new location, a living allowance of thirteen dollars and fifty cents ($13.50) per day up to a maximum of sixty (60) days. (c) Where an Employee is receiving the payment in (a) above and is later joined by his/her dependents at the new location and the Employee is still eligible for payment under this Section, the payment shall be as in (b) above. However, the maximum period of payment under (a) and (b) shall not exceed sixty (60) days.
