LKE Reallocation Trigger Event. The QI shall apply all funds in the Accounts, or shall cooperate with the Master Collateral Agent and the Exchangor for purposes of executing any authorization to cause any such funds to be applied, as provided under the Master Collateral Agency Agreement, including without limitation, following the occurrence of an LKE Reallocation Trigger Event.
