lnformation Exchange lcagen and Roche shall exchange the information in relation to its activities under this Agreement through the JRC and lcagen and Roche may ask reasonable questions in relation to the above information and offer advice in relation thereto and Roche shall give due consideration to lcagen’s input. The JRC may determine other routes of information exchange. There will also be direct communication amongst the JOT members as part of the day-to-day operation of the project.
