lnvlctus Marks. Client is not granted any right to, and shall not, use, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, any lnvictus Marks, except as may be specifically authorized by lnvictus in writing prior to such use. Client shall not, without the prior written consent of lnvictus, use or attempt to register any logo, mark or name that is likely to be similar to or confused with any lnvictus Mark.
