Load Security Responsibility. ▪ The driver is responsible for ensuring that the load is fully secured before starting any movement. ▪ The driver has full authority to stop the moving unit if necessary to maintain load security. ▪ Abraj will provide fuel for trailers to be used during operations. ▪ Abraj will provide accommodation and food for Vendor's personnel working on the contract if required.

  • Definitions As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
