Loading and deliveries Clause Samples

The 'Loading and deliveries' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the loading of goods and their delivery to the buyer. It typically specifies who is responsible for arranging and paying for loading, the location and timing of deliveries, and any requirements for documentation or notification. For example, it may state that the seller must load goods onto a specified carrier at their own expense and deliver them by a certain date. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding the transfer of goods, reducing the risk of disputes over logistics and delivery timelines.
