Loading and deliveries. 1. Loading and Deliveries shall be as per Planned Development Statement 18 of Exhibit B and the Public Way Infrastructure Improvements and Traffic Demand Management Requirements of Exhibit B.
2. Owner will maintain a warning for exits from the truck loading area that will not be audible to neighboring homeowners.
3. Trash shall be located as per the Site Plan drawings of Exhibit B, as described below:
a. Subarea A1 – All trash shall be internal to the building with separate zones for trash and recycling.
b. Subarea A2 – All trash shall be internal to the building with separate zones for trash and recycling.
c. Subarea B – All trash shall be internal to the building with separate zones for trash and recycling.
d. Subarea C – All trash shall be within the property line with separate zones for trash and recycling
e. Subarea D – All trash shall be within the property line with separate zones for trash and recycling.
f. Subarea E –Trash areas for these retail stores will be provided within the property line with separate zones for trash and recycling.
g. Subarea G – All trash shall be internal to the building with separate zones for trash and recycling.
h. Subarea H – All trash shall be within the property line with separate zones for trash and recycling.
i. Subarea I – All trash shall be within the property line.
Loading and deliveries. Not to bad or unload vetides except in the areas designated by the Landlord for such purpose and in the course of such loading or unloading:
(a) to comply with any reasonable additional regulations of the Landlord and the requirements of the local highway authority which have been notified to the Tenant in writing; and
(b) not to cause any avoidable obstruction.

3.16.1 to comply with any regulations of the Landlord and the requirements of the local highway authority; and

Loading and deliveries. 6.11.1 The Tenant shall at all times keep the interior of the Premises, where it is visible from the exterior of the Premises, attractively laid out and furnished and keep the windows of the Premises clean and adequately and attractively dressed to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord.
6.11.2 The Tenant shall not load or unload vehicles except in the servicing areas or loading bays provided for such purpose.
6.11.3 The Tenant shall not cause any obstruction in or around the Building.
Loading and deliveries. 3.16.1 At all times to keep the interior of the Buildings where it is visible from the exterior of the Demised Premises neatly laid out and furnished and to keep any display windows or any showcases of the Buildings clean and tidy;
3.16.2 Not to load or unload vehicles except in the areas within the Demised Premises specially designated for such purpose and also for such purpose to comply with any reasonable additional Regulations of the Landlord and the requirements (if any) of the local highway authority
